火箭发射初期双面排导型发射台瞬态承载特性研究

摘要 利用发射燃气动力学瞬态数值模拟方法,研究了双面排导型发射台承受的燃气流冲击作用力随时间变化特性。研究表明:双面排导型发射台承受燃气流作用力随着喷管距双面导流器高度的增加而下降;由于燃气射流压力波系呈正负交替变化,使得导流器承载在总体下降中呈脉动变化;同时,由于喷管内压强的不同,导流器承受的燃气流冲击作用力呈现脉动变化或平稳变化趋势。 The simultaneous numerical simulation of combustion-gas dynamics shows that the dynamic load on double-faced deflecting launch pad varies regularly along with combustion-gas spreading forward. The dynamic load on double-faced deflecting launch pad is with high impulsion which levels off then. There is also an another lower impulsive load on the launch pad sometime. While the rocket is taking off from the launch pad, the dynamic load on it drops down smoothly but fluctuates locally because pressure cones is changing alternately. For the difference of the pressure of combustion chamber, the double-faced deflecting launch pad bears a dynamic load that increases gradually from lower impulsive to high invariable.
