摘要
选取3月龄的健康试验鹅48只,随机分为8组,进行消化代谢试验。各试验组日粮分别添加6.15%,10.10%,13.60%,17.05%,19.80%,22.50%,24.30%,28.60%的苜蓿粉,结果表明:在代谢能(ME)和粗蛋白(cP)等摄入量一致的条件下,苜蓿粉含量为6.15%-28.6%(CF含量为5.41%-12.05%)时,粗纤维(CF)的消化率为17.15%^,25.35%,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)21.04%-33.80%,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)19.10%-28.08%;表观氮沉积(ANR)组间差异不显著(P〉0.05);粪中氨态氮(NH4^+-N)浓度显著下降(P〈0.05);各种氨基酸(AA)消化率较高(75.62%~93.31%);碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性与CF、NDF和ADF消化率呈显著负相关(P〈0.05);酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、肌酸激酶(CK)、脂肪激酶(LPS)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性与营养物的消化率呈弱相关(P〉0.05)。
Forty-eight healthy three-month-old geese were divided into eight groups and were fed with isoenergetic and isonitrogenous diets which contained different proportions of alfalfa green hay powder (6.15 %, 10.10%, 13.60%, 17.05%, 19.80%, 22.50%, 24.30%, 28.60% respectively). The resuits indicated that: CF digestibility changed in the range of 17.15% -25.35%, NDF in 21.04% 33.80% and ADF in 19.10% - 28.08%; There were no significant difference in apparent nitrogen retention(ANR) between the eight groups (P 〉 0.05); NH4^+ - N content in feces dropped with the increase of alfalfa powder proportion; AA digestibility reached a high level (75.62% - 93.31 % ) ;AKP activation in plasma ascended significantly ( P 〈 0. 05) and it had significant negative correlation with CF, NDF and ADF digestibility ( P 〈 0. 05) ; ACP, GOT, GPT, CHE, CK, LPS and LDH activities had little correlation with fiber digestibility and Met, Cys digestibility ( P 〉 0. 05).
