摘要
兴起于20世纪70年代后期的组织生态学不仅适用组织理论,还能用于解释组织雇员在组织内部与组织之间的流动问题。职业流动的生态学理论建立在社会变迁和组织生态学理论基础之上。发生在组织种群中的重要事件(组织的设立、解散、合并)都会引起组织种群中组织雇佣规模、职位和雇员任期的实质性变化,从而直接影响新组织和失败组织中的雇员,也间接影响其他组织中的雇员。
Rising in the late 1970s,organizational ecology was not only applied to the theory of organizing,but also used for explaining labor mobility.This article integrates social mobility and organizational ecology research and summarizes the ecological theory of career mobility.The vital events of organizational populations(founding,dissolution,and merger) cause substantial shifts in populations of employing organizations and jobs.Moreover,these processes have strong direct effects on employees in new and failed organizations and indirect effects on employees in other organizations.
