摘要
本文根据实验结果,分析了以粉煤灰为原料的熟悉料溶出,二次反应对氧化铝溶出率的影响。得出结论:溶出温度控制在70℃~80℃之间,溶出时间在30min,液固比为6左右,溶出液中碳酸钠的浓度在9%左右时,能有效抑制二次反应的发生。提高氧化铝溶出率。
Analysis of influences of secondary reaction on leaching rate of alumina is on the basis of experimental results, in which flyash is the raw material. It is proved that the secondary reaction can be effectively curbed to a certain extent under the following leaching temperature: 70℃ - 80℃, leaching time:30min, ratio of liquid and solid:around 6, sodium carbonate concentration:around 9 %, leaching rate of alumina can be improved.
