摘要
近几年来国内外治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要方法有7种。化学药物治疗法具有疗效好、成本低的特点,但是对细菌容易产生耐药性和药物易在牛奶和肉中残留。中药治疗法具有低残留、低毒和对细菌不易产生耐药性的优点。中西医结合治疗法既能发挥中药的调节治疗作用,又可发挥西药较强的抗菌消炎能力。微生物学治疗方法采用子宫内接种微生物可以调节子宫内环境,抑制相关微生物的生长,但是要预防微生物引起再次感染。用免疫学治疗法和激素治疗法防治该病是比较新的方法。由于该病病情复杂,所以首先要辩证论治,然后制定出合理的治疗方案,才能够获得理想的治疗效果。
Seven therapies of endometritis in cows have been performed in recent years. The advantages of treatment with chemicals are that they have good curative effects and are economical, but it is easy to induce chemical resistance and leave some residue in the livestock products. The therapy by Chinese herbs is another good way without residues, poisoning and resistance. The treatment with a combination of Chinese herbs and Western medicine not only applies the regulative actions of Chinese herbs, but also induces the strong antibacterial actions of Western medicine in the combined treatment. Although the microbiological therapy inoculated into the uterus in endometritic cows can regulate the inner environment of the uterus, and inhibit the growth of some microbes, it is essential to prevent reinfection with this treatment. The immunological and hormone therapies are new skills applied in the veterinary practice. All therapies have their own advantages and disadvantages. Veterinarians should treat this complex disease through the analysis of its pathogenesis and designing the reasonable and individual therapeutic program in order to get the satisfied results.
