摘要
目的 建立盐酸多西环素缓释药线中盐酸多西环素的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法测定药线中盐酸多西环素的含量。AlltimaC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,流动相为0.05mol·L^-1草酸铵溶液:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺:0.2mol·L^-1磷酸氢二铵溶液(65:30:5),用氨试液调节pH值为8.0±0.2,检测波长280am,流速为1.0ml·min^-1。结果盐酸多西环素在49~490mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,A=43767C+562001;平均回收率为98.72%,RSD=1.31%(n=6)。结论 该法简单可行,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量标准检测。
Aim To establish the determination method for doxycycline hydrochloride sustained-release thread. Methods HPLC was used with Alltima C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) , detection wavelength at 280 nm, mobile phase:ammonium oxalate solution (0.05 mol· L^- 1 ) -N, N-dimethyl formamide-ammonium monohydric phosphate solution ( 0.2 mol ·L^- 1 ) ( 65 : 30:5 ). The pH value of the mobile phase is adjusted at 8.0± 0.2 with ammonia. Flow rate is 1.0 ml·min^-1, Results Doxycycline hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a range of 49 ~ 490 mg·L^- 1, r= 0. 9997, A = 43767C + 562001, and the recovery was 98, 72% , RSD was 1. 31% ( n = 6). Conculsion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of doxycycline hydrochloride sustained release thread.
