摘要
化工装置中常使用夹套管伴热系统,夹套管的配管设计要注意套管伴热的长度,要使内外管的热膨胀应力一致,要保证加热介质的流动畅通,还要注意内外管的材料和连接、夹套管的坡度和跨接管等问题。文中提出了施工中弯头、三通、异径管、定位板的选用原则。
Chemical plant often uses jacket pipe tracing system, attention should be paid to the jacket tracing length during the piping design of jacket pipe, heat expansion stresses of internal and external pipes should be made consistent, smooth flowing of the medium should be ensured, attention should also be paid to the issues such the material and connection of internal and external pipes and the slope and jumper pipe of jacket pipe. The principle for the selection of elbows, T-pieces, reducers and positioning plates is put forward.
