摘要
本文对光交联法研制LDPE绝缘材料作了初步探索:研究了LDPE熔融态光交联动力学特征,光引发体系强化交联的效率和机理;考察了温度、光强等反应条件对交联的影响;测定了光交联材料的交联密度、交联均匀性和某些物理性能。
This work has made an explorotary study on photocrosslinking ofLDPE as an insulating material. The kinetic character of photocrosslinking of LDPEin the melt, the enhanced photocrosslinking efficiency and mechanism of photoinitia-ting system, and the condition of reaction affecting the crosslinking processes. such asirradiation temperature and UV light intensity etc., have been studied in this paper.The crosslinking density, homogeneity of crosslinking and some physical properties ofphotocrosslinked products were examined. The results obtained show that the te-chchnique of photocrosslinking of LDPE in the melt is quite promising for the manu-facture of wire and cable.
