摘要
目的:分析听神经瘤的MRI表现,评价MRI对听神经瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法:搜集了10例经手术及病理证实的听神经瘤,全部行MRI平扫及增强检查。结果:听神经瘤位于内听道开口处,有包膜,易囊变。T1WI上多呈低、等信号,T2WI多呈高信号,增强后明显强化。结论:MRI在听神经瘤的诊断中有重要价值。
Purpose： Analyzed the MRI image of acoustic neuroma, to evaluate the use of MRI in diagnosing the acoustic neuroma. Materials and Methods： We collected 10 cases of the acoustic neuroma. All of thess cases have undergone MRI scans and contrast enhancement. Results： Accoustic neuroma at the opening of internal auditory canal, and had capsule, cystes. Most of them was low or equal signal on T1WI, tfigh signal on T2WI. They could be enhanced conspicuously after contrast. Conclusion： It is important ot use MRI in diagnosis the acoustic neuroina.
