摘要
分析了溶剂吸收法脱除变换气中二氧化碳技术的优缺点;阐述了变压吸附气体分离技术应用于合成氨、尿素脱碳的发展历程和工业应用现状;将二段法变压吸附脱碳的工艺技术指标和运行费用与目前国内常用的脱碳方法进行了对比,结果表明,该法可简化流程、方便操作、降低运行成本,且有效气体回收率高于溶剂吸收法脱碳技术。
Advantages & shortages concerning the technology for removing the CO2 in shift gas by solvent absorption method were analyzed; author has described the developmental progress and the present situation of industrial application in which separation technology for pressure variation adsorption gas was used in carbon removal of ammonia synthesis section and urea section; comparison was made separately for process technology indexes and operation cost, using the pressure variation adsorption method by two stages and for that using the commonly used carbon removal method at present and at home, the result indicates that this method can simplify the process flow, facilitate the operation, reduce the operation cost and moreover the recovery rate of effective gas is higher than that using carbon removal technology by solvent absorption method.
