摘要
近年来世界范围内电压崩溃事故的多次发生说明了现代大电力系统电压稳定问题日益突出。如何对其进行全面的、系统的和有效的分析是电力工作者当前所要解决的重大理论问题。主要采用了VSAT和TSAT分析软件从静态分析和暂态分析角度对北京电网进行全面的电压安全性评估。首先介绍了提高电压稳定性的控制方法,然后利用静态电压稳定分析方法和动态时域仿真方法来对北京电网进行电压稳定分析,指出现存的电压稳定问题。最后提出了预防电压失稳事故应采取的措施,对北京电网的改造和更为稳定的运行具有重要的指导意义。
To solve the problem of voltage intability of modern large power system, the VSAT and TSAT analytical tools are used to assess the static and transient voltage stability for Beijing Electric Power Grid. The controlling methods to improve voltage stability are introduced. The voltage stability of Beijing Electric Power Grid is analyzed with static voltage stability analysis method and dynamic time-domain simulation. Its existing matters about voltage stability are discussed. Measures to prevent voltage instability are suggested for Beijing Electric Power Grid.
