基于反电势谐波检测的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制研究

Sensorless Brushless DC Motor Based on Detecting Harmonic Signals of Back-emf

摘要 在分析无刷直流电机数学模型基础上,本文提出了一种无传感器转子位置检测的新方法——对三相电压叠加信号的极值进行检测给出开关序列.利用Matlab/Simulink搭建了无刷直流电机仿真模型,仿真系统采用速度、电流双闭环,调节器均采用PI控制.仿真结果验证了该检测方法的有效性. Based on the mathematical model of the permanentmagnet brushless DC motor (BLDC), a novel method for detecting rotor position is introduced by analyzing the harmonic signals of back-emf. Three-phase voltages are obtained and their sum is calculated. The extremum points are detected and the commutation state function table is given. A system of modeling and simulation of sensorless BLDC is constructed with Matlab/Simulink. TWO PI controllers are used in the speed and current loops. The validity is testified by the simulation results.
