Technical Present and Future Developing Consideration on EILog Logging System

摘要 简要介绍了已经投入批量生产的EILog-05测井系统的构成、技术性能和特点。现场应用表明EILog-05测井系统可靠性好,测井成功率和作业效率高,整体指标接近或达到了进口同类仪器水平。阐述了正在研制的EILog-06高性能测井系统的设计指导思路与目标:在EILog-05测井系统逐步投入现场作业应用的基础上继续改进和完善仪器整体的可靠性和配套性;提高数据传输速率使之达到430 kbit/s。提出了EILog系列测井装备的发展思路:提高数据传输能力,近中期达到500~800 kbit/s,中远期达到800-1 000 kbit/s;加快成像测井仪器研制和产业化,实现系统配套,近期除了使井下超声电视测井仪、微电阻率扫描测井仪、阵列感应测井仪成为EILog系列测井装备的基本配置外,还要使阵列侧向测井仪、偶极声波测井仪成为其基本配置;优化系统设计,提高整体技术指标;增强系统组合能力,近中期将常规组合仪器主串长度缩短到15 m以内,中期实现电声成像测井仪器组合。 Configuration and performance of EILog-05 well logging system, which has been pro- duced in batches, are introduced briefly. Field application shows that the EILog-05 system approaches or reaches levels of same kinds of import logging systems in specifications on the whole with good reliability, high logging successful rate and high operation efficiency. Expounded are guiding concepts in designing a developing prototype of EILog-06 high performance logging system: keep on improving its reliability and capacity forming complete set, and quickening its data transmission rate up to 430 kbit/s on the foundation of the EILog-05 system having been gradually applying in practical jobs. Proposed is a developing consideration of the EILog series: to in- crease the data transmission rate to 500-800 kbit/s in near future or medium-term and to 800- 1 000 kbit/s in medium-term or further; to speed up the development and industrialization of imaging logging tools to complete its systematic integrality, in near future not only the micro-resitivity scanning and array induction tool will become the primary allocation units of the EILog series, but so will the array laterolog and dipole acoustic tool as well; to optimize the design of the system, upgrade its technical performances in whole, enhance systematic combining capacity, shorten the total length of downhole string combining conventional tools to less than 15 m in near future, and make combination of electric-acoustic imaging tools come true in medium-term.
