摘要
对某种高硫原油的不同加工路线进行比较,分别测算在不同原油价格和产品价格时期各方案的经济效益。结果表明,在较低油价时,加氢裂化(全循环)-延迟焦化方案的经济效益好于常压渣油加氢-催化裂化方案,常压渣油加氢-催化裂化方案的经济效益好于蜡油加氢精制-催化裂化-延迟焦化方案;而在较高油价时,常压渣油加氢-催化裂化方案的经济效益明显好于加氢裂化(全循环)-延迟焦化方案和蜡油加氢精制-催化裂化-延迟焦化方案;对于高硫减压蜡油,加氢裂化(全循环)-延迟焦化方案的经济效益好于蜡油加氢精制-催化裂化-延迟焦化方案。
Three processing schemes based on a crude oil having high sulfur content were proposed, and corresponding profit analysis under various prices of crude and products were compared. Scheme Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ were referred as VGO hydrotreating-catalytic crackingdelayed coking, VGO hydrocracking (complete cycle) delayed coking, and AR hydrotreating-catalytic cracking, respectively. It was found that when processing high sulfur crude purchased at low price, the order of profit margin for the above processing schemes was in the order of scheme Ⅱ〉 scheme Ⅲ〉scheme Ⅰ, and it was in the order of scheme Ⅲ〉 scheme Ⅱ and scheme Ⅰ when the crude purchased at high price, respectively. Scheme Ⅱ was overall the better route for processing high sulfur VGO than scheme I in terms of the economic benefit.
