摘要 实现了一套微波化学实验数据的自动采集系统,该系统的硬件结构基于MAX197和AT89C51单片机分别实现模数转换和数据采集的控制;采集控制软件使用计算机高级语言编写。在波导系统微波加热去离子水的实验中,使用该系统对实验数据电压反射系数和水中不同位置的温度进行自动采集,获得它们随时间变化的数据。该系统结构简单,使用方便,提供多种数据处理方式,比昂贵的数据采集卡节约成本,又能实现实时长时间采集,方便了微波化学实验的开展。 With the development of microwave chemistry, there are more and more requirements on automatic data processing in experiments, in which a lot of data are required to be recorded by a computer at real-time. An automatic multi-channel data collection system for microwave power and temperature collecting in a microwave chemistry experiment system is presented in this paper. The collection system is based on a MAX197, a microprocessor (AT89C51), and a MAX2323 etc., and the software is built on high level language. In an experiment of microwave heating on the water in test tube located at the center of a waveguide, the data of the varied microwave voltage reflection coefficients and the temperatures at different positions inside the test tube are obtained. The collected data meet the experimental requirements of microwave chemistry. This system is reliable, convenient to operate, and supports several data formats. It has potential applications in microwave experimental systems.
