摘要 以玉米蛋白粉为原料,以乙醇、石油醚的混合溶剂作为提取剂,探讨了提取温度、提取时间、料液比和混合溶剂中乙醇的体积百分数对玉米黄色素提取率的影响。并采用二次旋转正交组合设计方法,对玉米黄色素的超声波提取工艺进行了优化研究。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为超声波提取温度46.94℃、浸提时间35.98min、料液比1∶29、乙醇体积百分数51.89%,玉米黄色素提取率为8.16%。 The technology for ultrasonic wave extraction of maize yellow pigment from corn gluten was optimized by quadric regression orthogonal ratary tests. The mixed solvent of petroleum ether and ethanol was taken. The effects of extracting temperature, time, material to liquid ration and in mixed solvent on the extraction rate of yellow pigment were investigated, and a mathematical model describing the relationship between the yield of pigment and influence parameters was developed. The results show that the optimum extraction parameters were as follows: temperature 46.94℃, time 35.98min, material to liquid ration 1 : 29 and volume percentage of ethanol 1.89%, the yield of yellow pigment is 8. 16%.
