摘要
在高温高压的条件下对氧化锌晶体进行了处理,所得的氧化锌样品用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行了鉴定和表征.考察了不同的温度和压力处理条件对ZnO晶体形貌和微粒尺寸的影响.研究结果表明:氧化锌为纤锌矿结构,高温高压处理对氧化锌的晶体形貌和晶粒大小有一定的影响.随着处理温度和压力的增大,氧化锌结晶状况逐渐变好,晶体形貌逐渐清晰,晶粒尺寸也逐渐增大.
In this paper, ZnO crystals are processed under high temperature and high pressure. The obtained ZnO is characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The influences of the processing temperature and pressure on the morphology of ZnO are investigated. The results show that ZnO crystals show a hexagonal wurtzite structure, the morphologies of ZnO are influenced by the processing temperature and pressure to some extent. As the temperature and pressure increase, the ZnO crystalline situation becomes better, the morphologies become clearer, and grain sizes of the samples increase.
