摘要
综述了最新的关于膳食纤维在减肥方面的研究,包括膳食纤维如何能帮助体重下降以及保持体重的潜在机制。通过流行病学的研究发现,膳食纤维的摄入对预防肥胖有很大的功效,对人体健康有积极作用。
This review provides an update of recent studies of dietary fiber and weight and includes a discussion of potential mechanisms of how dietary fiber can aid weight loss and weight maintenance. Epidemiologic support that dietary fiber intake prevents obesity is strong. And dietary fibers have good influence on human health.
