摘要
分析了鼠笼端面透盖和闷盖冲压组合成形反拉深工艺,介绍了反拉深模具设计要点,计算了反拉深模的冲压力,设计了拉深模和反拉深模。合理的工艺对简化模具结构,减少模具数量,降低成本,提高制件质量有重要意义。
The reverse-drawing process in the combination stamping forming for a squirrelcage undosed end face covering and a dosed one was analyzed. The key points in designing the drawing die and reverse-drawing die were stated and the stamping pressure of reverse-drawing die was calculated.
