摘要
本文报道了基于模型匹配的方法,改进了永磁直线伺服系统二自由度控制器的结构设计。通过内模环节提高系统当对象参数出现摄动时的跟踪性能;前馈环节的引入降低控制器参数摄动对系统性能的影响。Matlab数值仿真表明:该控制器达到预期的性能指标,系统的整体鲁棒性明显提高。
Based on model matching, the configuration of a two - degree - freedom servo controller for permanent magnet linear servo system is modified. The tracking performance of the system at objective parameter perturbation is improved by using inner part model. The desensitization performance at system parameter perturbation is elevated by using feed-forward part model. Matlab simulation results verify the validity of the system design. Overall robustness of the servo system is improved obviously.
