摘要
高校师资队伍与管理队伍的关系状况,直接影响到和谐校园的建设、学校内部资源的配置以及人才堡垒的构筑。文章分析了造成师资队伍与管理队伍关系不畅的原因,并提出了多种途径来优化师资队伍与管理队伍的关系。
The relation between the groups of teachers and administrators in colleges has great impacts on the construction of harmonious campus, the arrangement of colleges' internal resources, as well as the building of fortress for attracting and keeping those talented persons. However, there are some problems in this important relation. Analyzing the causes leading to the problems,the paper proposed several approaches to optimize the relation.
