加氢尾油催化裂解催化剂积炭的动力学研究

摘要 以改性ZSM-5分子筛作为催化剂,对加氢尾油催化裂解脱蜡生产润滑油基础油。文中考察水蒸气和磷改性催化剂的积炭,并建立了催化剂积炭的动力学模型。结果表明:在相同反应条件下,水热处理磷改性ZSM-5分子筛的积炭量较小,低于未改性和单纯磷改性或水热处理的,并获得了合理的结焦动力学方程,可预测催化剂上的积炭含量。 The modified ZSM-5 zeolite used as catalyst of catalytic pyrolysis process of hyrocracking tail oil to produce lube base oil. The reflection of phosphorous modification and steam treatment on the coking of catalyst are reviewed and the model of catalyst coking dynamics is also established. The results show that under the same reaction conditions, the coking amount of steam-phosphorous modified ZSM-5 zeolite lower than the phosphorous modified or steam-treated, and the reasonable coking dynamic equation is obtained, so the coking content will be forecasted.
