摘要 设计了多点进气道顺序喷射发动机电子控制系统,对LPG和汽油两种燃料不同温度下的冷起动特性进行了试验,研究了初始燃料喷射脉宽、起动喷射脉宽衰减梯度、初始节气门开度、节气门开度衰减梯度等控制参数对两种燃料发动机冷起动过程中过量空气系数Φa、瞬时转速和瞬态排放等起动性能的影响,为研究燃料冷起动特性、降低发动机排放、开发发动机电子控制系统提供参考依据。 An electronic controlled port fuel injection system was developed. Cold start characteristics of gasoline engine and LPG engine were studied by the experiment. Effects of initial fuel injection pulse width, initial throttle position, injection width attenuation gradient, throttle angle attenuation gradient and other control parameters on transient air to fuel ratio, transient engine speed and transient emissions were studied. Reference basis was provided for the further research on fuel cold start characteristics, the reduction of engine emission and the development of electronic controlled fuel injection system.
