摘要
政策网络理论作为一种新兴的政策分析范式,还存在许多幼稚偏颇之处。通过分析政策网络理论的发展历程和发展现状,寻找其存在的问题和缺陷,并借鉴产生于后现代主义基础上的话语理论,克服政策网络理论工具和价值的两难困境。
The policy network theory, as a kind of newly＇arisen policy analysis type, still exists many immature and one-sided places. By analizing the developing process and the developing present conditions of the policy network theory, we can search for the problem and the blemish that it exists, and drawing lessons from the words theory produced by the empress modernism foundation, overcome the two difficult predicaments of policy network theory tools and values.
