摘要 针对昆钢1725炉卷轧机生产线中除鳞不彻底的缺陷,通过对板坯炉生氧化铁皮结构特点和除鳞的原理进行分析,结合生产实际,优化喷嘴冲击力、流量和工艺参数。经现场实施应用,实现了良好的除鳞效果,炉生氧化铁皮除鳞率达97%以上,热轧板卷除鳞合格率达99.78%,节约了生产成本,经济效益显著。 Based on analysis of the structure of ferric oxide from the billet furnace, the theory of ferric oxide squama removing and the existing defectiveness of squama removing in the production line of 1725 mm Steckel Mill in Kunming Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., and combining the production practice, the wallop of muzzle, flux and process parameters were optimized. The practical application results show that the effect of squama removing is very well, the removing rate of ferric oxide from the furnace is over 97%, the certified ratio of hot rolling billets reaches 99.78%, the production cost is lowered, and the economic efficiency is increased.
