摘要
目的探索大学生人际依恋风格及其与焦虑情绪的关系,为大学生的心理健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用《人际依恋风格问卷》、《状态-特质焦虑问卷》对某大学学生854名进行调查。结果大学生在逃避依恋风格上存在性别和专业差异,男生明显高于女生(P<0.01),理科生明显高于文科生(P<0.05)。大学生的4种人际依恋风格与状态焦虑、特质焦虑有显著相关(P值均<0.01)。与低分组相比,逃避依恋和焦虑依恋高分组状态焦虑、特质焦虑较低,而安全依恋和排除依恋高分组状态焦虑、特质焦虑较高。结论大学生的人际依恋风格与人格有关,而且影响大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the characters of attachment styles and the relationship between attachment styles and anxiety of college students. Methyls By using Attachment Style Scale and State-trait Anxiety Scale, 854 college students were investigated. Results The gender and major difference were found. Female students were higher than male students ( P 〈 0.01 ), science students were higher than arts students ( P 〈 0.05). The four attachment styles of college students had significant con'elations with state anxiety and trait anxiety ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the low score groups, the high score groups in avoidance and anxiety attachments had low levels in state anxiety and trait anxiety, but the high score groups in secure and dismissing attachment had high levels in these variables.Conclusion The attachment styles of college students are correlated with their personality and influenced their mental health is influenced by the attachment styles.
