合作学习在《护理学基础》教学中运用效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨合作学习理论在《护理学基础》教学中应用的实施方法,以提高教学效果。方法2003级护理专业本科2个班共78人,2004级护理专业专科4个班共225人,采用抽签法随机抽取2003级护理专业本科1个班、2004级护理专业专科2个班为试验组,其余为对照组。试验组:设立的合作学习小组的人数为3~4人,每个学习组由学生自由组合,选出1名组长负责对本小组成员学习的管理。各小组按照教学大纲要求,制定个人、小组学习目标及具体的实施计划。课堂或课后的练习时间,由合作学习组组织活动。对照组:按原来的班、组人数不变,由教师制定学生的学习目标,学习方式按传统的教学方法进行。结果试验组学生学习成绩优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论合作学习理论在教学中的应用,有利于提高学生的学习效果及整体素质。 Objective To explore the application of co-study in the learning of Foundations of Nursing. Methods One of the two classes of 78 nursing students in Grade 2003 and two of the four classes of total 225 students in Grade 2004 were randomized as experimental group and the rest as control group. In the former, mini-groups of 3-4 students were freely formed, one student as group leader in charge. The members worked together regulating individual and group targets as well as actual plans to achieve the targets. During in-class or out-class practice, each mini-group organized their own activities. In the control group, the teaching classes remained unchanged, teachers regulating student's targets and teaching the students in line with conventional methods. Results The performances of the students from the experimental group were better than those from the control (P〈0.(301). Conclusion Co-study, used in theoretical teaching and learning, is helpful for the improvement of student's leaning efficiency and their holistic quality.
