摘要
目的了解TD患者是否存在脑电功率异常。方法将60名符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症患者分成TD组与对照组,2组患者性别、年龄、总病程、服用抗精神病药物种类及剂量均匹配。所有患者均按常规进行脑电图检查(按国际标准导联10/20方式设置电极),进行脑电功率比较。结果TD组患者各频段绝大部分位点上的脑电功率低于对照组,其中α2频段F4、C4位点,β1频段FP1、F4、C4、P4位点的脑电功率差异有统计意义(P<0.05),β1频段F3、C3、P3位点脑电功率差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论TD患者存在脑电功率异常,特别是α2、β1频段,额、中央、顶区脑电功率较低。
Objective: To investigate the features of electroencephalography (EEG) power in schizophrenia patients with tardive dyskinesia (TD). Methods: 60 patients, who met CCMD - 3 diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia, were divided into two groups: TD group and control group. The two groups were matched with age, sex, whole course of illness, sorts of antipsychotics, and daily dosage. EEG was examined and the EEG power characters were compared for both groups based on the international 10/20 EEG standard systems. Results: Most values of the EEG power of TD patients were found lower than those of controls. Furthermore, the values of EEG power in the α2 bands (F4, CA) and β1 bands (FP1, F4, CA, P4) of TD groups were significantly low (P〈0.05) in comparison with those of controls. In β1 bands (F3, C3, P3) the difference of two groups was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: TD patients have lower values of the EEG power, especially in the α2 bands and β1 bands of frontal,central and parietal area.
