摘要
“教师即研究者”的提出对师范生的发展提出了新的要求,教育科研能力成为目前师范生必不可少的素质之一。高师院校应从课程设置、科研管理、教师素养和教育资源等方面强化师范生的教育科研意识,提高其科研能力。
The advancing of "teachers are researchers" brings new requests to students and makes the abilities of scientific research on education absolute for students in normal university. Normal universities should intensify students' scientific consciousness and train their abilities scientific research on education through curriculum,adminlstration,teachers' qualifies and educafonal resources.
