摘要
目的探讨认知评价对护士工作压力反应的影响。方法以377名护士为调查对象,采用功能失调性态度问卷、工作压力反应量表和护士工作压力源量表进行调查分析。结果1认知评价与压力反应评分呈正相关(r=0.244);2不同认知歪曲水平的护士其压力反应得分有显著性差异(F=12.710,P<0.001);3认知评价与压力源的压力反应得分存在交互效应。结论减少对工作压力源的不良认知成分,可有效改善压力反应。
Objective To explore the effect of cognization score on work-related stress reaction. Methods 377 nurses worked in military hospital were investigated by dysfunctional attitude scales, work-related stress reaction scale and nurse work-related stressors scale. Results (1)Correlation analysis showed work-related stress reaction were significantly correlated with the dysfunctional attitude (r=0. 244).(2)Therewere significant difference in work-related stress reaction score of nurses who were in different dysfunctional attitude level (F=12. 710, P〈0. 001); (3)There were interaction between dysfunctional attitude and work-related reaction, Conclusion The finding suggest that work-related stress reaction will be decreased if the nurses' wrong recognition of work-related stressors to be reduced.
