摘要
文章分析了我国高职教育“学历导向”发展阶段的特征,以及当前和今后坚持“就业导向”政策的必要性和存在的不足;从世界职教发展动向和终身学习的视角,提出了“生涯发展导向”是未来高职教育理性抉择的观点。
This paper analyses the characteristics in the development stages of the education level- oriented in our higher vocational education, and some defects and necessary in persisting in the pelicy of employment- oriented at present and later. Viewing the development direction of world vocational education and life study, it presents a point that career development- oriented is the reasonable choice of higher vocational education in the future.
