对固始鸡与安卡鸡F_2资源群体血液生化指标的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以730只固始鸡和安卡鸡F2代资源群为素材,12周龄屠宰测定体重、屠体重、腹脂重、肌间带宽、皮下脂肪厚,并检测血清17种生化指标,分析生化指标与体脂性状的关系。结果表明:谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、胆碱脂酶活性与腹脂率(AFR)、肌间带宽(IFW)、皮下脂肪厚(SFD)均呈显著负相关(P<0.05);总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与腹脂率呈显著负相关(P<0.05);葡萄糖、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与肌间脂肪宽呈显著负相关(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶、总胆固醇与皮下脂肪厚呈显著相关(P<0.05),但相关系数均较小。 730 Gushi -Anak crossing generation F2 chicks were dressed at 12 weeks of age to detect the body weight, carcass weight, addominal fat weight, intermuscle fat width, subcutaneous fat depth, and the activity of biochemical indexes in the serum was determined. Based on the the relationship between the biochemical indexes and fatness characters was analyzed. The results were as follows:AST, GGT had a remarkable negative correlation with adominal fat rate (AFR) , a remarkable negative correlation with intermuscle fat width ( IFW), a remarkable negative correlation with subcutaneous fat depth (SFD). CHO, HDL, LDL had a remarkable negative correlation with AFR. GLU, TG, HDL, IFW. AKP, CHO had a remarkable correlation with SFD, but LDL had a remarkable negative correlation with all the correlation coefficients were very low.
