在建造和确定苛刻化学环境用玻璃钢设备时,耐化学腐蚀的资料是至关重要的。通过评估具有创新意义的高性能树脂以及适于这些条件的耐化学腐蚀性能,提出了实用的评估方法。在面对酸、碱和溶剂1年以后,它们的表现证明这些氨基甲酸酯改性的环氧双酚A乙烯基酯树脂拓展了不饱和聚酯树脂技术的应用范围。特别注意这2个方法:ASTM C 580和EN 13121—2,工业上普遍用来确定耐化学腐蚀能力。
Chemical resistance information was vital when constructing or specifying FRP composite equipment for operating in harsh chemical environments. In this article innovative new high performance resins and their chemical resistance suitable for these conditions had been evaluated. Their behaviour after one year of exposure in acids, bases, and solvents showed that these new epoxy bisphenol- A - vinyl ester urethane resins extended the boundaries of applications for unsaturated polyester technology. Special attention was given to the two different methods, ASTM C 580 and EN 13121--2, which were commonly used by the industry to determine chemical resistance behaviour. Meanwhile the atlac development history, standed corrosion resistant test, preparation of sample and test method and EN13121--2, ASTM C 581 and their comparation, test proof with long - term change and conclusion about atlac products were also introduced.
