摘要
目的:对食品中的吊白块进行检测。方法:盐酸苯肼法定量甲醛,醋酸铅试纸法半定量二氧化硫和硫化氢,再综合考虑两种方法的检测结果来判断食品中吊白块的存在与否。结果:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好。结论:此方法适用于所有食品中吊白块的检测。
Objective: To test sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food. Methods: HCHO was tested by phenyldrazine hydrochoride spectrophotometer and SO2 and H2S were tested by lead (Ⅱ ) acetate paper. Two methods were compared in detecting sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food. Results: The method was simple, quick, highly sensitive and stable. Conclusion: The method can be used to test sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in all foods.
