摘要 以新50汽车后桥从动齿轮毛坯为例,利用仿真有限元软件DEFORM进行动态模拟,分析不同温度、润滑条件以及上模锥度对圆柱体坯料镦粗成形过程的影响规律,对镦粗工艺进行优化,得出上模锥角为12°左右时为最佳的镦粗方案,与理论计算基本相符,说明模拟的正确性,为优化汽车后桥从动齿轮制坯工艺提供了分析方法,并以此为依据指导生产实践,缩短了生产周期。 Takes rear axle driven gear blanks of the new 50 automobile for an example, dynamic simulation has been done through emulation finite element software DEFORM to analyze influence rule in the circular cylinder blanks upsetting process under different temperature,the lubrication condition as well as the top die taper and optimize the upsetting craft to obtain the best upsetting plan when the top die cone angle is about 12 degrees,which basically confirms to the theoretical calculation and tells the accurate simulation.The analytical method to optimize the automobile of rear axle driven gear blanks has been offered,which guides the production practice and reduces the production cycle.
