摘要
目的:通过对2个公司提供的川芎饮片性状特征鉴定和化学成分的研究,阐明加强中药饮片内在质量管理的必要性。方法:首先对2种饮片的性状特征进行鉴定,然后用无水乙醇提取出主要成分,对2种饮片提取物的重量及主要成分进行比较。结果:2种饮片的颜色、气味、棕色的油质小点明显不同,乙醇提取物总重量,主要成分重量明显不同。结论:中药川芎2种饮片的内在质量明显不同,作者认为,加强中药饮片内在质量管理是保证临床疗效的关键。
Objective : By identification and chemical constituent research of Chinese medical herb in pieces of 2 kinds of rhizoma Chilanxiong, which are supplied by 2 different companies,illuminate the importance of enhancing the inherent quality management of traditional Chinese medical herb in pieces. Methods :Firstly identify the character and feature of 2 kinds of Chinese medical herb in pieces, then abstract the major constituent by absolute ethyl alcohol, at last compare the weight and major constituent of their extract. Results :2 kinds of Chinese medical herb in pieces differ a lot in color, odor, and the brown oily dots, the total weight of tile alcohol extract and the major constituent also have significant differences. Conclusion: The inherent quaity of 2 kinds of Chinese medical herb in pieces of rhizoma chuanxiong has significant differences. The authors believe that enhancing the inherent quality management of traditional Chinese medical herb in pieces is the key to ensure the clinic curative effect.
