摘要
研究了不同增塑比和温度对硝酸酯(BG)增塑的聚乙二醇粘合剂(PEG)体系流变特性的影响。结果表明,聚乙二醇粘合剂体系存在临界增塑比,低于该临界增塑比时,体系粘度随增塑比增加而迅速降低;高于该临界增塑比时,体系粘度变化缓慢。当增塑比为2.8时,聚乙二醇粘合剂体系在50℃假塑性程度最高。
The effects of different plasticization ratios and temperatures on the rheological properties of nitrate ester plasticized polyethylene glycol(PEG)binder system were investigated. The results show that there exists critical plasticization ratio for PEG binder system. When plasticization ratio is lower than the critical value, the viscosity decreases rapidly with the increase of plasticization ratio; when plasticization ratio is higher than the critical value, the viscosity changes slowly; when plasticization ratio is equal to 2.8, the pseudo-plastic degree of PEG binder system is the highest at 50 ℃.
