摘要
分析了劳动强度等级划分的模糊性,根据模糊集,建立了表征各个因素等级的隶属函数,根据专家调查法给出每个因素的权重,得到了一个模糊综合评判模型,并运用于劳动强度度量实例中,给出了一个合理的度量结果。
The fuzziness in the intensity of labor is discussed. The membership function of each main factor is constructed. By adoption of the method of experts' investigation for determination of weight of the factors, a solution model is established and applied to give an evaluation of intensity of labor with such merits as simple calculation, reasonable and high reliability.
