摘要
[目的]探讨新城鸡瘟病毒修饰自体肿瘤细胞疫苗(NDV-ATV)在中、晚期宫颈癌治疗中的作用。[方法]28例宫颈癌行NDV-ATV免疫治疗和放射治疗(实验组),30例单纯接受放射治疗(对照组)。采用流式细胞术观察患者在接受免疫治疗前后外周血中CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值变化以及放射治疗的近期疗效、毒副反应等。[结果]实验组28例中、晚期宫颈癌患者经治疗1~2个疗程后,其CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),同时CD8+数量较治疗前降低(P<0.05),放射治疗近期疗效较对照组好(P<0.05),毒副反应轻。[结论]新城鸡瘟病毒修饰自体肿瘤细胞疫苗能增强患者免疫功能,对放射治疗有协同作用。
[Purpose] To explore the role of New castle disease virus-modified autologous tumor vaccine (NDV-ATV) for treating advanced cervical carcinoma. [Methods] Twenty-eight cases with cervical carcino- ma underwent NDV-ATV immunotherapy combined with radiotherapy (experimental group), and 30 cases underwent radiotherapy alone(control group). The changes of CD4^+, CD8^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the peripherical blood were measured by flow cytometry. Short-term effects of radiotherapy and its side effects were investigated. [Results] After one to two courses of the therapy for 28 cases with advanced cervical carcinoma, the levels of CD4^+ and ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ significantly increased than those before treatment (P〈0.05), and CD8^+ significantly decreased than that before the therapy (P〈0.05). The short-term effects of radiotherapy in experimental group was better than that in control group (P〈0.05) with mild side effects in former group. [Conclusions] New castle disease virus-modified autologous tumor vaccine (NDV-ATV) enhances the immunity in cervical carcinoma and synergistically with radiotherapy.
