摘要
用气相色谱法测定蔬菜中甲胺磷、甲拌磷、氧化乐果、乐果、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱和对硫磷的残留量。对每种农药作3种不同浓度（0．05、0．1、0．5）mg·kg^-1添加回收率实验。结果表明，平均回收率在74．3％。115％之间，变异系数在18．6％以内，最小检测浓度在0．0172—0．102mg·kg^-1。
A analysis method for determinating residues of Methamidophos, Phorate, Omethoate, Dimethoate, Methyl parathion, Chlorpyrifos and Parathion in vegetable by the gas chromatograp - hy was studied. All pesticides were added three kinds of densities （0.05 、0.1、0.5 ） mg· kg^-1 in recovery experiment. The average recoveries of the analytical method for the fortified ,samples in cucumber and bean were 74.3 % - 115 % ,with the coefficient of variation within 18.6 %. The minimum detection limits for seven kinds of carbamate pesticides were in range of 0.017 2- 0. 102 mg· kg^-1.
