摘要
草方格铺设轮是防风固沙草方格铺设机器人纵向铺设机构重要的工作部件。为此,根据铺设轮的工作条件与工作要求,应用力学理论建立了铺设轮滚动工作数学模型,应用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立了仿真模型。通过仿真及结果分析,确定了铺设轮设计主参数,实现了铺设轮的半实物仿真设计,为整机动力匹配提供了重要的参考依据。
The wheel of paving straw in square space is an important parts of the robot paving straw in square space in order to prevent sand's flowing. According tothe work conditions and work request of wheels in sands, the math's model on paving wheels is built systemically when it rolls by applying the mechanical theory, and the simulation model is built by using the simulation software of Matlab/Simulink in the article. The main design parameters of paving wheels are confirmed and the half practicality simulation design on paving wheel are realized by running simulation model and analyzing its results, and this offers important reference to dynamical matching of the robot.
