摘要
精密播种机的监测系统是现代精播机的一个重要组成部分,其性能的好坏将影响精密播种质量。精播机对不同性能有不同的要求,而且其参数覆盖面广。为了实现对播种机排种性能的自动监测,提高农作物播种质量,在借鉴国内外研究、分析比较各种传感元件及其转换线路的基础上,设计了精密播种机自动监测系统。该系统采用软硬件相结合的设计思想,在Windows环境下,采用VC++和Matlab开发了相关软件,实现对试验数据的自动采集与处理,解决播种机实时监测问题。
Seeding monitoring system is an important component of present precision drill and its function directly affects the quality of precision seeding. There are different demands to the different performances, and its parameters are widely covered with. In order to carry out the automatic monitoring system of precision drill, increase the seeding quality. Based on analyzing studies in domestic and overseas, studying the analytical foundation, the monitoring system was designed. This paper introduced the idea of combining the software and hardware, based on the Windows environment and implemented with tool VC++ and Matlab, the automatic test and analysis system for sampling data, solving the real time monitoring problems of precision drill.
