摘要
为了研究径向锻造工件内部压应力产生的工艺条件,采用DEFORM3D有限元软件对GFM精锻机SXP-65实心锤头的径向锻造过程进行数值模拟。通过改变压下量和拉打速度得到主要模拟结果为:实心锤头径向锻造锻件心部应力为压应力;当相对压下率和拉打速度小于特定值时,锻件心部受两向压应力;而当相对压下率和拉打速度大于一定的条件时,锻件心部再受轴向压应力,即心部受三向压应力;并得到了不同拉打速度下的相对压下率的参考值,对于制定合理的锻造制度具有参考价值。
In order to study compressive stress in the blank of radial forging,finite element simulation of the process of the radial forging of GFM machine mode SXP-65 type with solid hammers is carried out by using software DEFORM 3D.The simulation results considering both draft and drawing velocity show that the stress state in the center of the blank forged is compressive,the stress state in the center of blank forged is compressive in double axises when relative draft and drawing velocity are less than the critical values,and the stress state in the center of blank forged is compressive in all three axises when relative draft and drawing velocity are not less than the critical values.Finally the critical values are given relative to the draft and the drawing velocity of the radial forging.These forging critical values would be helpful to designing the forging processing.
