摘要
通过对油研9号、油研10号不同施氮量的根、叶片、茎枝蕾花角果干物重、单株干物重、单株干鲜比变化的研究,结果表明,施氮量0-375kg.hm-2的单株根、叶片干物重随施氮量的增加而增加,随生育进程先增后降,单株根干物重初花期达最大值,平均为15.45-30.60g,单株叶片干物重现蕾期、初花期达最大值,平均为14.00-27.25g和35.85-41.10g;单株茎枝蕾花角果干物重、单株干物重随施氮量增加而增加,但成熟期施氮量达最大(375kg.hm-2)时则降低,并随生育进程逐渐增加,成熟期达最大值,平均为89.00-206.51g和99.30-225.71g;单株干鲜比随施氮量增加而降低,随生育进程逐渐增加,成熟期达最大值,平均为22.16%-33.21%。
The study was carded out for effects of different amount of applied nitrogen on dry weight of root,leaf, stem and branch and flower bud and pod,dry weight of single plant,ratio of dry weight to single plant fresh weight of Youyan 9 and Youyan 10. The results showed that dry weight of root and leaf increased with amount of applied nitrogen,dry weight of root and leaf with course of growth increased firstly and then decreased, dry weight of root reached its maximum at first-flowering with 15.45 -30. 60g, dry weight of leaf reached its maximum at squaring date and first-flowering withl4. 00 - 27. 25g and 35.85 - 41.10g. The dry weight of stem and branch and flower bud and pod ,dry weight of single plant increased with amount of applied nitrogen, but decreased in maturity with amount of applied nitrogen 375 kg ·hm^-2 ,dry weight of stem and branch and flower bud and pod,dry weight of single plant increased with course of growth, reached its maximum at maturity with 89.00 - 206.51 g and 99. 30 - 225.71 g. The ratio of dry weight to single plant fresh weight decreased with amount of applied nitrogen increased, ratio of dry weight to single plant fresh weight increased with course of growth,reached its maximum at maturity with 22. 16%-33.21%.
