摘要
采用加入木质素磺酸钠改性脲醛树脂,以降低游离甲醛含量及充分利用木质素资源;同时加入三聚氰胺和聚乙烯醇,以改变树脂的柔韧性。通过碳酸氢铵发泡法发泡制得开孔改性脲醛树脂泡沫塑料。实验结果表明:改性后游离甲醛含量明显降低,韧性有了较大的提高。
Modify UF resin by lignosulfnate In order to reduce free formaldehyde in it and reasonable utility of lignin;Simultaneousl change flexility of the resin by introducing the melamine and the polyvinyl alcohol. Gain Modified urea formaldehyde resin foam plastics by the carbonic acid hydrogen ammonia. The experimental result indicate: free formaldehyde reduced obviously, flexility of modified UF resin is enhanced clearly.
