摘要
支持多因素的组织承诺观点,尤其是将组织承诺分成情感承诺和连续承诺的观点。社会环境的变化也要求重视一些非工作因素对组织承诺的影响。建议从社会网络分析的视角来研究组织承诺的形成机制,并注意传统文化在其中的作用。提出了组织承诺影响个体行为的中介过程,对情感承诺和连续承诺之间可能的交互作用进行了分析。
The author suggests that organizational commitment be composed of affective commitment and continuous commitment. Researchers should pay attention on the importance of non-job factors in explaining commitment due to the change of social environment. The author also recommends that researchers study the development of commitment from the perspective of social networks and notice the role of traditional culture. The intervening process between commitment and individual outcomes is discussed. The author posits that interaction effects exist between affective and continuous commitment.
