摘要
以小麦品种川麦30、川麦107为材料,探讨不同剂量(0、10、20、40 mg/kg)烯效唑干拌种对三叶、七叶、旗叶叶片衰老特性的影响,结果表明,烯效唑干拌种提高了不同叶序叶片衰老期间的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、全氮含量及可溶性蛋白质含量,降低了MDA积累量及积累速率,叶片衰老期间叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量下降速率减慢,在衰老后期烯效唑处理较对照叶片具有较高水平的氮含量,叶片衰老进程得以延缓。
This paper studied the effects of uniconazole waterless dressing seeds with four concentrations (0, 10, 20, 40 mg/kg) on leaf senescence characters of wheat (c. v. Chuanmai 30 and Chuanmai 107). The results showed as flows: Uniconazole treatments increased the chlorophyll, N, soluble protein contents and chlorophyll a/b ratio in the leaves during leaf senescence, but the MDA content and accumulation rate were decreased. The N content in leaves for uniconazole treatments was higher than that of control in senescence lateral period. All of these delayed leaf senescence.
