摘要
在盐酸介质中,Al(Ⅲ)对KBrO3氧化劳氏紫褪色反应有显著催化作用,且催化褪色程度与溶液中Al(Ⅲ)量在一定范围内成正比,据此建立了测定痕量铝的催化动力学分析新方法。研究了该催化反应的最佳测定条件以及反应的动力学参数,测定了反应级数和表观活化能。测定Al(Ⅲ)的线性范围为0.8~4.8μg/L,检出限为0.10μg/L。方法用于钝化镁中铝的测定,回收率为99.0%,相对标准偏差为1.3%。
Based on the catalytic effect of trace amounts of aluminum on the fading reaction of lauths violet and potassium bromate in dilute HCl medium, a new kinetic spetrophotometric method for the determination of trace Al(Ⅲ) was established. The optimum conditions for the reaction were investigated in detail. The kinetic parameters were also determined. The catalytic reaction was considered as a zero order reaction for the lauths violet and a pseudo-first order reaction for Al( Ⅲ ). The linear range of the method is 0.8-4.8 μg/L for Al(Ⅲ), and the detection limit is 0.10 μg/L. This method has been used to determine trace Al(Ⅲ) in passive magnesium with the recovery of 99.0 % and the relative standard deviation of 1.3 %.
