摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器的铝电解槽参数测量系统的软硬件设计和开发过程,利用数据采集模块和NI公司的Labview图形化编程软件实现了数据的实时采集、储存和动态显示,通过labview节点方式调用Matlab程序对数据进行处理得出各参数值,从而实现对铝电解槽的控制。
A hardware and software design of aluminium molten salts parameters test system based on virtual instrument was provided. Using data acquisition, module and labview software offered by National Instruments company, this system could realize data on-line acquiring, depositing and displaying. Using matlab software, through labview script, dealed with data obtaining parameter values to realize aluminium electrolyte parameters measuring and controlling.
