摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析技术,建立了同时检测人血液样品中10种常见精神类药物的新方法。通过对提取溶剂、酸度等预处理条件及GC-MS分析条件的优化,可以同时检测尼可刹米、利多卡因、苯巴比妥、安乃近、阿托品、异丙嗪、卡马西平、地西泮、氯丙嗪及氯氮平这10种常见的精神类药物。在选定的条件下,尼可刹米等7种药物在0.10~25.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好;异丙嗪等3种药物在0.50~25.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法回收率在77%-97%之间;RSD小于7%;检出限为5~40μ/kg。
A new method for the simultaneous determination of 10 mental drugs with amide structure in human blood by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is described. In this method, the conditions for extracting solvent, pH of the reaction environment and GC-MS were investigated and optimized. The linear range of the determination nikethamide, lidocaine, phenobarbital, noramidopyrine, atropine, carbamazepine, chlorpromazine was 0.1 - 25 mg/L, and promethazine, diazepam, clozapine was 0.5 - 25 mg/L. The average recoveries of nikethamide, lidocaine, phenobarbital, noramidopyrine, atropine, carbamazepine, chlorpromazinc, promethazine, diazepam, clozapine were 77% -97%. The relative standard deviations were less than 7.0%. The determination limits were 5 - 40 μg/kg. The advantage of this method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been proved to be reliable, accurate and suitable for the medicine monitoring.
